Terms of Use

These Terms are an agreement between you and Maksim Tachylau, trading as JDG MAKSIM TACHYLAU, the developer and seller identified for HoroJob in the App Store. By using HoroJob, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

HoroJob provides daily Career Radar, an owned annual Career Blueprint with Passive and Active modes, optional CV analysis and professional resume editing, Business guidance and reports, job-posting analysis, personalized U.S. job discovery, role discovery, standalone offer evaluation, interview and negotiation planning, optional notifications, astrology-style interpretation, and public labor-market context. Feature availability can depend on your plan, location, device permissions, and third-party data availability.

The public market tool is informational and can be used without an app account. Personalized app features can create an anonymous session and let you protect it later with Sign in with Apple.

AI-assisted personalization and account-linked product analytics are separate optional choices. Refusing either choice does not disable HoroJob's self-hosted astrology calculations, transits, public market facts, or deterministic core scoring.

Vacation Time offers personal astrological interpretations of dates for rest, including optional nearby alternatives. It does not predict travel conditions, weather, safety, booking availability, health or the outcome of a holiday. Fixed dates and practical constraints remain your choice; a mixed reading is not a reason to postpone rest you need. Vacation Time requires an active recurring Premium subscription, including eligible active trials; Decision Pass and standalone Blueprint ownership do not include this feature.

HoroJob is a decision-support and reflection product. Astrology-style guidance is interpretive, and AI-generated content can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Review important information independently before acting on it.

CV findings and suggested wording are advisory, not a hiring verdict or proof of experience. Review every proposed edit for accuracy before accepting or sharing it. Missing information in a CV does not establish that you lack a skill. A clean export does not reproduce or replace the original file's layout.

Public market facts can help frame a decision, but may be delayed, estimated, incomplete, or unavailable. HoroJob does not guarantee a job offer, salary, promotion, hiring outcome, interview result, health outcome, or business performance.

HoroJob is not a substitute for professional employment, financial, legal, medical, or mental-health advice. Recovery and productivity signals are non-clinical and do not diagnose burnout or any condition.

HoroJob may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable Premium subscriptions through Apple. The purchase screen shows the current price, billing period, included features, and any available introductory offer before you confirm with Apple.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple charges your Apple Account and controls cancellation, refund, billing, and renewal. Deleting HoroJob or your HoroJob account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

HoroJob may offer a 7-Day Decision Pass as a one-time, non-renewing purchase. It provides exactly seven days of the on-demand decision features shown on the purchase screen. It does not include permanent Blueprint generation, new CV analyses or rewrites, background alerts, or widgets.

Career Blueprint may also be offered as a separate one-time, non-consumable purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Premium or a standalone Blueprint purchase can allow one report to be generated. Once generated, that report remains readable after the qualifying access expires.

A saved Career Blueprint provides an annual strategy with switchable Passive and Active modes, optional focus and private journal, and accepted updates. New annual reviews, target replacements, and other generated proposals require the access and allowance shown in the app; they are not automatic or unlimited. A CV is not required. Existing owned report and export access remains subject to the saved product's capabilities; retiring an old generation or progress mechanic does not delete its saved report or purchase ownership.

Active Premium can provide new CV analyses, rewrites, and CV-driven Blueprint proposals within the displayed allowance. Saved CV results, corrections, exports, and deletion remain available to their owner after Premium expires. Disabling AI permission blocks new AI processing without deleting saved content. CV processing has a separate storage notice, and including a confirmed CV in Blueprint is a separate explicit choice.

Use Restore Purchases in HoroJob to recover eligible Apple purchases. Purchase access is personal, non-transferable, and tied to the Apple and HoroJob account state used for validation.

Keep access to your device and Apple Account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your session unless you promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access.

You can initiate deletion of your HoroJob account from Settings in the app. Deletion removes account-linked HoroJob data except limited records we are legally required to retain. Apple purchase and subscription records remain governed by Apple, and you must cancel an active subscription separately if you do not want it to renew.

You remain responsible for birth details, career inputs, CV files or text, job URLs, screenshots, and other material you submit. Do not upload confidential information or content you do not have the right to use. Remove unnecessary personal or sensitive details before CV submission; automatic cleanup is limited and does not make professional content anonymous.

You give HoroJob a limited, worldwide license to host, transmit, transform, and process submitted material only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. This license ends when the material is deleted, except for protected backups and lawful retention.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass usage or purchase controls, scrape or reverse engineer protected functionality, upload malicious or unlawful material, impersonate others, probe security without authorization, or use generated content to make unlawful employment decisions about another person.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, security harm, material service disruption, or violation of these Terms.

HoroJob relies on providers including Apple, RevenueCat, Amazon Web Services, MongoDB Atlas, OpenAI, PostHog, Expo, Vercel, CareerOneStop, O*NET, Adzuna, GeoNames, and documented public job-board APIs from Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby. Their services can change, become unavailable, or apply separate terms and privacy practices. Natal and transit positions are calculated within HoroJob's backend using commercially licensed Swiss Ephemeris software rather than a separate astrology API service. GeoNames place data is imported into HoroJob under CC BY 4.0 and searched locally at runtime.

CareerOneStop, O*NET, Adzuna, GeoNames, Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby provide third-party facts or listings and do not endorse HoroJob, its personalized guidance, or its product claims. Source attribution and provider links are shown where required.

HoroJob, its software, brand, design, and original content are owned by HoroJob or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iPhone app unless a different App Store license is presented at purchase or download.

We may add, modify, pause, or retire features when needed for safety, legal compliance, provider changes, or sustainable operation. We will not intentionally remove already-purchased access in a misleading way and will follow applicable consumer law.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be identified by the updated date and, when appropriate, communicated in the app. If consent is legally required for a change, continued use alone will not replace that consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoroJob is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties that every result will be accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoroJob is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from reliance on guidance, third-party data, or unavailable services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
